Content assist on the fetch/push/clone wizards shows the same value several times. Instead any given value should be shown once only. Also, the value that has been used most recently should appear first in the list.
In addition, there should be a limit to the values that are being remembered.
A suitable implementation is to be found in CommitDialog for the authorText and committerText fields.
