MTF apparently ships with Helios... and there's no website for it.

Can this be fixed? It's not good to ship something and not have a website for it.

As I have no idea what the project does outside of what was listed in the original proposal document.

You mean by adding a blurb here?

Surely the best solution here is to have the MTF committers create a website blurb there or at eclipse.org/mtf/ ? 

Or at least have them provide the copy they want to someone with commit rights?

Looks outdated. The MTF project is not an active project in EMFT.
