In order to free up space on Eclipse mirrors older Mylyn builds should be moved to archive.eclipse.org in accordance to the policy specified at http://wiki.eclipse.org/Mylyn_Integrator_Reference#Retention_policy_for_builds.

* Moved all builds < 3.2.0 to archive.eclipse.org
* Converted weekly, galileo and helios site to composite update sites

The builds web site has been updated accordingly.
