2)
Set a target platform containing only an empty directory
Open import features wizard: No features are available
CORRECT

3)
Set a target platform containing a single feature location
Open import features wizard: Only the single features are available
CORRECT

4)
Set a target platform containing no locations
Open import features wizard: All installed features are available
INCORRECT

5)
Uncheck all target definitions, no target platform set
Open import features wizard: All installed features are available
INCORRECT

It looks as though when we load the feature model manager if there are no primary/additional locations set in the preferences, we revert to using the default locations. This is how things worked prior to 3.6 (features were independent of the target).

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
