- The new package name abbreviations feature in 3.6 (done already)

Deepak:
- Build path error decorator: explain the new icon and tell in case of build 
  path errors in the Problems view, one should first look int the Package
  Explorer for that icon since those closer/better indicate where the problem is.
- How to print to console using conditional breakpoints

Darin:
- Tell that Variables view columns can be configured, e.g. add 'Instance Count'
  column. Darin, we weren't sure whether you want to add this to JDT or Platform
  Tips (currently there are no Platform Tips for Debug at all).

I added tips for columns, show references, and all instances. Historically, JDT debug doc appears in the JDT doc plug-in rather than the platform, so I'll leave it there for now.

/org.eclipse.jdt.doc.user/tips/images/org.eclipse.jdt.debug.ui/show-references.png is too wide. Deepak will redo that screenshot. Please make sure that your entries don't cause scroll bars to appear.
