Description:
[Regression] Height/Width/Padding can't be saved in Advance properties

Build:
2.6.0.v20100531-0630

Steps to reproduce:
1. New a report and insert a label
2. Select the label, modify Height/Width/Padding values in Advance properties
3. Click other place except property-self to save the modification

Actual result:
Height/Width/Padding can't be saved.
If I click Height property after modifying Height value, the modification will be saved.

Expect result:
Height/Width/Padding can be saved after clicking other place.

Fixed it.

Rollback the dimension cell editor behavior.

Height/Width/Padding can be saved now. 
Verify the bug on Build <2.6.0.v20100601-0955>
