RC2a. org.eclipse.xtext.logging is an Xtext plugin, so surely it should comply with the uniform plugin-ids per project philosophy? The current plugin-id of 1.2.15 is presumably an Apache rather than Xtext version.

org.eclipse.xtext.logging is a bundle fragment and has to conform the version of the host bundle.
