There's no "Create Patch..." context menu item accessible from the Synchronize view like with CVS sync.  It is often more convenient to see just the modified resources in the Synchronize view, selectively pick couple of them and invoke "Create Patch..." from the context menu there.  This is one of the Eclipse CVS features I'm missing in Subversive.
