A handful of updates/improvements/fixes to the Berkeley UPC plugin:
 - instead of a single toolchain, there are now separate Linux/Unix and Mac OS X toolchains, which specify the appropriate binary parser
 - externalized strings
 - fixed a couple of small bugs (e.g., incorrectly named compiler arguments) found while making the above changes

The patch comes out as gibberish.  Can you generate a workspace patch file from Eclipse and post that directly?  If you mark the attachment as a patch then it's expected to be the raw patch (text) output, not a zip.
