Steps:
1. Select Mylyn error in error log
2. Report as bug

The finish button should be enabled but is not (see screenshot).

Fix committed. Also fixed a problem where finish was enabled when selecting a JIRA repository that did not have valid credentials and then going back to the first page and forward again.
