Steps to reproduce.  

Open MPC, Choose All Markets -> Graphics -> Go.

Click the Browse for more solutions link.  This takes you to the website root http://marketplace.eclipse.org/

It should bring you to http://marketplace.eclipse.org/taxonomy/term/8.
