The code in the loadDatabaseDefinition method in the DatabaseDefinitionImpl class in plugin org.eclipse.datatools.connectivity.sqm.core assumes that all database definition (vendor doc) files contain a stored procedure definition. Some do not, which can cause an NPE.  Need to prevent this NPE.
