Riena recently used '&' in their repository label, and it appears this causes the Helios aggregation to silently fail (for Riena). riena.build is in logs, but nothing from riena. 

I've changed to 'and' and started a rebuild. build #78 and higher should have the 'and' in it, which would confirm this is indeed the issue. 

I'm guessing this happens during the initial transformation of models.

Yes, build #78 seems fine, so appears changing '&' to 'and' solved the problem.

While the '&' in attribute value is an XML error (would be expected not to work), the bug here is that the aggregator is silent about it, and appears to succeed.
