build id:
2.6.0 v20100525-1139

steps to reproduce:
1. New a library and a report.
2. Use the library in the report.
3. Do some change to the report and refresh the library.
4. When asked whether to save the changes, select discard.

Actual result:
Though discard, the change is still save. Unless you close and reopen the report.

This is not a saving issue but a refreshing issue. Refresh the current design file will do a sequence of undo actions under current implementation, which may have side effects and is not recommanded.

Fixed this issue by removing the Discard button.

verified on build 2.6.0 v20100525-1629. Discard button is removed.
