Description:
The outline works differently for scatter chart and line chart when the series palette use Pattern .

Build number:
2.6.0.v20100525-0630

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached report design.
2. Check the outline of both the charts.

Expected result:
The 2 charts outline works the same.

Actual result:
See the screenshot.

Made the behavior of scatter chart consistent with line chart, when the series palette use Pattern.

The fix is checked-in, while not gone into the build. Set the target milestone to 2.6.0 RC4.
