Description:
Add Column Area Sub Total and Show as Chart in one step does not work the same as first add Column Area Sub Total and then Show as Chart.

Build number:
2.6.0.v20100525-0630

Steps to reproduce:
1. New 2 xtab binding to the data cube.
2. For the first xtab, select Column Area and add Sub Total, Show as Chart, and click "OK".
3. For the second xtab, select Column Area and add Sub Total, click "OK", select Column Area again and choose the Sub Total to Show as Chart, and click "OK".


Expected result:
The 2 xtab are the same.

Actual result:

Chart does the same for these two cases, i.e. set width for chart cell and invoke CrosstabUIHelper.validateFixedColumnWidth.
But I think Xtab may have the different transaction order in these two cases, and that leads to different cell width computation.

The logic to detect visual column width do depend on the operation sequence.
