Description:
  "col width" tag of dynamic text doesn't work when preview as pdf

Test Build:
BIRT2.6.0 v20100524-1222

Step to reproduce:

1. Use the report attached
2. Preview it as xls

Expect result:
"col width" tag works well

Actual result:
"col width" tag doesn't work
