Description:
The list pattern for value and unit in Property Editor->Margin for Master Page should be updated to the one used for Property Editor->Padding for text.

Steps to reproduce:
1. New a report, go to Master Page tab.
2. Open Property Editor->Margin.
3. New a text and go to Property Editor->Padding.

Expected result:
Use the same list pattern.

Actual result:
See the screenshot.
