Build Identifier: 20100218-1602

More and more console programs use at least colored output. The run/debug console don't take care of ascii escape sequence, so escape sequence are printed as is, for the user, it means no color, but an ugly output with unstripped strange char.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run phing or any console soft with ansi colored output with run external tool or run/debug C/C++ apps, etc.

All the pieces are there, someone just needs to connect the dots :-)
