When configuro is run from CCS/eclipse and a config validation error occurs we get messages from _both_ the configuration step _and_ configuro saying that it failed:

    js: "C:/users/dr/tmp/ccs4_2/xdctools_3_20_00_36_eng/packages/xdc/tools/Cmdr.xs", line 51: Error: xdc.tools.configuro: configuration failed due to earlier errors (status = 2); 'linker.cmd' deleted.

This message is redundant and unnecessary and confusing (too many failure messages makes it difficult to identify the important one).  There should be a way to run configuro that suppresses the message above.

The new error parser ignores this message so the need for this capability is diminished.

This will not be addressed in XDCtools 3.21
