Description Dave Russo CLA 2010-05-21 21:00:00 EDT
The generated config scripts are a bizare mix of assignments to a wide variety of module/instance config params.

As a result:
    1. it's difficult to write a "rational" config script that serves as an
       example
    2. these example config scripts are unlikely to "survive" product evolution
    3. it's difficult to write robust regression tests
    4. no one can understand the generated config script output

Implemented in XDCtools 3.21.00.20 and gep-b46
