Go to the web layer and run the target to re-build the test apps. Two of the tests will now start to fail due to an unknown change to the test apps source code in the past. TLD listners and Resource Loading tests.

Note that this kind of thing is an inevitable consequence of the fact that we do not build all the test apps from scratch in each build.

These were testcase errors. Fix the errors, rebuilt the tests and all the tests pass again.

RC1 is planned instead of milestone 5.
