The bundle needs to be re-tagged so a new version will be compiled/stored in the p2 repository. Kim says "the pack.gz file is bogus" in the current build. For RC2, it just means p2 will used the unpacked jar when updating instead of the packed one.

There are no code changes.

The packed file is still invalid. Not sure what is happening there.
