Description:
The preview of border is not shown under High Contrast mode.

Build number:
2.6.0.v20100521-0630

Steps to reproduce:
1. Activate the HighContrast function using the keyboard shortcut
(Left-Alt+Left-Shift+PrintScreen).
2. Go to Property Editor->Border, add all borders, check Preview section.

Expected result:
Borders in Preview are shown.

Actual result:
See the screenshot.

The border always use the specified color to render.
