Build:
2.6.0.v20100521-0630

Steps to reproduce:
1. Control Panel->Accessibility Options->Display, tick "Use High Contrast" and
click "Settings", select "High Contrast White (large)" and click "OK".
2. New a report
3. Clheck the Data Explorer/Outline viewer

Actual result:
Items are not shown completely. See the acreenshot.

Should not hard-code the color.
