When upgrading the document version for xml files, the operation completes with no indication of success or even that it has done anything.

A completion dialogue is probably overkill, but perhaps opening the file if it's not open, or at least bringing it to the front, would be desirable?

I think opening the file if it is not open would be sufficient.
