Streamline GRF UI for consuming product.

A consuming product is implementing their own recording framework.  To avoid confusion, they request the following GRF UI changes:

a) Remove the following:

-Generate Test menu since the user can create a test from an existing recording using the Test From Recording wizard.

b) Change the following:

-The Test From Recording wizard/documentation to TPTP Test From Recording.

-The Recorder Control wizard/documentation to TPTP Recorder Control.

c) Add documentation filtering via the DISABLE_GENERIC_RECORDER_ISV_DOCUMENTATION environment variable (http://help.eclipse.org/galileo/topic/org.eclipse.platform.doc.isv/guide/ua_dynamic_filters.htm) to the following 

-Extending the generic test recorder topic (/org.eclipse.tptp.test.doc.isv/toc/ext_gen_recorder_toc.xml)
