steps to reproduce:
1. Get the attached report, it contains a chart using decimal data.
2. Open the chart and select standard format for x axis.

Actual result:
Live preview of chart becomes incorrect. See attached screenshot.

Can not reproduce this issue in latest 2.6.1 build. Set as fixed.

1. Refactored auto scale code.
2. Fixed computation error in decimal number format.
