Currently the feature name is Equinox Project SDK.  The RT-PMC has decided that the SDK term should be replaced with "Target Components" instead.  I also think we should drop the Project term from the name.

We may also consider renaming the repo zip equinox-SDK-<build id>.zip to 
equinox-TargetComponents-<build id>.zip.  Jeff, I am not sure we should rename the zip name at this point in 3.6 though.

I've applied the name change in the patch. Let me know if you decide to change the zip name.
