The org.eclpise.core.resources build qualifier is not lexically in sequence with previous qualifiers:

M6 has v20100310-1650, 
M7 has v20100427-2200, 
RC1 has V20100513-0800

Notice the upper case V. This is causing build breakages.

I have retagged it for the next build as v20100519
