Description Benjamin Muskalla CLA 2010-05-19 10:50:52 EDT
To be consistent with the default behavior of the CTabFolder, double clicking on the tabfolder itself (not the tabs) should invoke the min/max behavior.

Fix

The patch adds some mouseListeners to the tabbar and corners to make it possible to active a part without using the tabs.

Fix2

my fault, the last patch was a solution for another problem. This patch adds a doubleclick listener to tabbar and the corners for toggling the part's zoom.
