GTK version : gtk2-2.12.0-5.8


Sometimes the CVS history view does not display as excepted on linux, see attached screenshot. This does not seems to be the same bug as bug 272510. Its probably more a problem related to GTK. The workaround is to delete .metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.team.cvs.ui/dialog _settings.xml file.

I reproduce with 3.5 but it may be present in 3.5.2 and in 3.6 M7.

It looks like a dupe of bug 293551, Mariot could you please verify it? It should be fixed in 3.6M4 and later.

You are right its a duplicate, sorry I did not found it before open this bug. Last question, as I understand this is not fixed in 3.5.2 and so is a known issue in 3.5.2 right ?

This bug has been fixed in 3.6M4 and as far as I know has not been backported to 3.5.x.

Well, I haven't checked that, but Frederic (reported of bug 293551) first noticed it in I20091025-2000. However, if you're saying that it can be reproduced with 3.5 I guess this problem does exist in 3.5.2 as well.
