Layout preview is not correct for chart in crosstab extended from library.

build id:
2.6.0 v20100519-0630

steps to reproduce:
1. New a library, insert a crosstab and show measure as chart view.
2. New a report, extend the crosstab from the library.
3. Preview in layout. 

Actual result:
Preview result is not correct. 

Note:
No such problem when preview in embed browser or internal browser.

Property spanOverOnRow is missing in extended xtab, so cell is not combined and each cell has one chart.
If it's not xtab issue, please reassign to proper team.

I see spanOverOnRow is inherited in UI's property editor.
This should be report engine's bug.

rowspan property is not set at RunAndRenderTask, Reassign to x-tab team

Preview in layout is correct. Verify the bug on Build <2.6.0.v20100525-1139>.
