It would be helpful if Photran's parser could recover from more syntax errors, notably unrecognized statements and constructs.  Then:

- The outline view could display multiple syntax errors, while still outlining the constructs it parsed successfully

- Content assist wouldn't break every time a file is saved with a syntax error

- The VPG Problems view could note that the file had syntax errors, but refactorings could still attempt to operate on the parts that parsed successfully
