Description Andrew Niefer CLA 2010-05-18 13:47:40 EDT
There is an action "Add Artifact to Target Platform" with shortcut Ctrl+shift+alt+A.

I have never seen any reference to this anywhere in the UI. I only knew about it because it is mentioned in the M6 new and noteworthy. (http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops/S-3.6M6-201003121448/eclipse-news-M6.html#PDE)

This should be available as an option in wizard when editing a target platform.

See bug 313409, this feature does not appear to work currently.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
