When a new defect is added, the Description pop-up is too small. If you subsequently edit the Description, the pop-up is a much more useable size.
Please make the initial pop-up the same as the editing pop-up.

In both cases, is it initially a multi-line popup? Or, is it a single line the first time?

Hi Ryan,

  The first time (i.e. when you click on the green + to create the defect), it is a single line. After it has been created, using "Edit Description" to change it yields a multi-line box. Sorry I wasn't so explicit in my original description of the bug - I was acting as a conduit for someone else's bug report and failed to improve the description!

The dialog is larger now and can be re-sized to show more content.
