- Features should rather be feature-based instead of plugin-based.
- Redundant features should be removed.

Feature 'org.eclipse.m2m.qvt.oml.common.feature' was removed.
All plug-ins and features versions were updated to 3.0.0

Feature 'org.eclipse.m2m.qvt.oml.feature' was changed so that now it contains exactly plug-ins for QVTo standalone execution (see bug 287685).

Changes in HEAD were rolled back. Original changes are accumulated in patch above. 
To be committed after H release.
