Inserting single proposal automatically will provoke an Illegal State Exception in a dialog.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure the check box "Inserting single proposal automatically" is ticked.
2. Have the following code in php editor:

phpi| //<-invoke CA (Ctrl+Space) here |

Actual:
phpingo() is completed but an Illegal State Exception is thrown in a dialog.
