* The existing Myfaces 2.0.0 Beta 2 library is now defunct. 
  (Apache has released MyFaces 2.0.0)
* "Read timed out" errors are sometimes seen when downloading
  the Apache MyFaces library.

(requested by an adopter) please document it as such. 
This is a stop-ship defect. JSF 2.0 Myfaces implementation cannot be downloaded as the URL used is no longer valid.
* Is there a work-around? If so, why do you believe the work-around is
insufficient?

record? Has a JUnit Test been added?
