The XSD/Ecore currently indicates the "projects" that an IPLog is for. While an IPLog can hold data for multiple projects, the log itself is for some common parent (e.g. the IP Log for the rt.equinox project includes the rt.equinox.p2 and rt.equinox.bundles projects). That common parent project needs to be indicated in the IPLog. The version name of the release the IP Log is associated with should also be represented.
