A white background is set for the list. When a user enables high contrast on his Windows environment, all the text becomes white and the background around that text has to become black. In this case, the background stays white, which makes the text to be unreadable.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable the high contrast mode on the windows machine
2. Go to Window > Preferences > Server > Runtime Environments
* Make sure that at least one server is on the list
3. Verify whether the server names in each cell of the table is visible or not

The fix is to check for high contrast mode and set the correct background colour based on the high contrast settings.
