A new WebDAV file/folder wizard should be implemented as part of SFS Examples plugin. 

The wizard is based on functionality provided by bug 311836 and bug 311859 and should demostrate an easy-to-use ability to link to WebDAV content anywhere within Eclipse workspace hierarchy.
