Create a new Class Diagram. Create a new Class. In the context menu of the class choose 'Add Note' action (it is enabled) -- an error dialog will be displayed saying 'Not implemented. In the current version, Notes are not supported. This is probably a side-effect of refactoring the CoreEditor (Which is not a GmfDiagramEditor anymore). Consquently, this bug is now invalid; notes are not supported in Papyrus anymore.
