Description:
  Set a image as a label background, the image size is 139*104 pixels, it was shrunk while previewing in postscript, but it works as proper size in PDF.

Test Build:
BIRT2.6.0 v20100517-0630

Step to reproduce:

1. Use the report attached
2. Preview it in postscript

Expect result:
The image size should be 139*104

Actual result:
The image was shrunk.

I can't reproduce it in latest code. Jun, please verify it to see if it exists.
