Build:
2.6.0.v20100517-0630

Steps to reproduce:
1. New a Web Service Data Source 
http://webservice.webxml.com.cn/WebServices/WeatherWebService.asmx?wsdl
2. New a Web Service Data Set
3. Choose the "WeatherWebServiceSoap->getWeatherbyCityName"operation from the operation list
4. Click WeatherWebServiceSoap to fold the list

Actual result:
