Description:
Error on page when run chart-viewer-sample deployed on WebLogic 9.2 and the difference chart is not shown.

Build number:
2.6.0.v20100517-0630

Steps to reproduce:
1. Remove org.apache.xerces_*.jar from WEB-INF/lib.
2. Start the server and deploy chart-viewer-sample on WebSphere 9.2.
3. Run "http://host:port/chart-viwer-sample".
4. Click the Tube Chart Series.

Expected result:
The sample page is shown correctly and hyperlink works for the tube chart.

Actual result:
1. Error on page and the difference chart is not shown.
2. The target chart is not shown.

Difference chart works in FF browser, and fails in IE browser.
It seems SVG viewer in IE does not fully support the XML source generated by writer in WebLogic.
Set this as wont fix since this is SVG client issue.
