Description:
Underline button is incorrect in New Highlight dlg

Build:
2.6.0.v20100517-0630

Steps to reproduce:
1. Mew a report and insert a label
2. Try to set Highlight on the label
3. Check Underline button in New Highlight dlg

Actual result:
There is no underline on Underline button. See the screenshot.

Should not hard code the button size.

Fixed it.

Remove the grid data restrict of the buttons.
