By chance, it has been noticed the checksum for a bundle is not correct, once aggregated for Helios: 

 Problems downloading artifact: osgi.bundle,org.eclipse.m2m.qvt.oml.doc,2.0.0.v20090616-1500.
330                         MD5 hash is not as expected. Expected: 4db467929dc16e4e063d17b364b415d7 and found 0fa48f2d723ab9958c5f6483d4f49ccc.

While this is 'caused' by a bug in the builder (see bug 312802) it also implies the bundle is pack200'd but not "conditioned" before hand. 

Sound possible?
