User is unable to pin to the taskbar


The user is unable to pin the IDE to the windows taskbar.

Since the PHP package is not part of this year's Simultaneous Release Juno, I am going to close this bug. If this is still a problem, please re-open another bug against the PDT (http://www.eclipse.org/projects/project.php?id=tools.pdt) project.
