The problem reported in this bug was fixed in bug 311409. However, I found there is still a problem with duplicate mnemonics in the "slosh bucket" buttons. (The slosh bucket buttons are the "Remove >>", "<< Add" etc. buttons in the middle of the page.) The problem only occurs when particular buttons get enabled, which depends on the current contents of the two slosh lists. When enabled, the "&Add" button conflicts with the standard "&Apply" button at the bottom of the page, and the "Move &Down" button conflicts with the standard "Restore &Defaults" button. Picking a mnemonic for the "Add" button is a problem, since all its letters "a" and "d" are already used by the "Apply" and "Restore Defaults" buttons. However the Add button is actually defined as "<< Add". So I can use the "<" character as the mnemonic ("&<< Add"). I can change "Move &Down" to "&Move Down", since "m" is not yet used.
